據(jù)奧地利標(biāo)準(zhǔn)報報道，基于大型運(yùn)營商A1和T-Mobile公司奧地利分公司推出了最新的漫游套餐，奧地利虛商Hot及其他虛擬運(yùn)營商可從基礎(chǔ)用戶增長中獲利。Hot公司希望能在今年頭幾個月內(nèi)實(shí)現(xiàn)基礎(chǔ)用戶數(shù)量增長，即從30000名增長到到730000名。Hot公司和其他虛商都期盼其競爭對手——移動網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)營商的產(chǎn)品價格大幅上漲，從而產(chǎn)生大幅度的用戶增長。

Austrian MVNO Hot hopes to offset RLAH by customer growth
Austrian MVNO Hot, as well as other MVNOs, could benefit from a customer base increase as a result of the latest roaming offers introduced by the big operators A1 and T-Mobile Austria, reported Der Standard. Hot hopes to have increased its customer base during the first few months of the year by 30,000 to 730,000. Hot and other MVNOs expect a big growth in subscribers as a result of the massive price increases introduced by their competitors, the MNOs.
With the cancellation of roaming fees from 15 June, customers of the MVNO's tariff Hot Fix can get 2.2 GB of data a month for EUR 9.90 when abroad within the EU.
Beyond the data package, the operator may charge fees. However, the operator needs to announce the data limits in advance and notify the customer when they reach the limit. Internet service beyond the package will then cost a maximum of EUR 7.70 per gigabyte plus VAT (nearly EUR 9).
For Hot, the new roaming regulation represents a loss of business, said Michael Krammer, CEO of Hot. The regulation disadvantages small operators, because they buy data packages at high cost from foreign operators. One gigabyte costs EUR 7.70 abroad, while on the domestic market, it costs EUR 1.70 Although the price abroad will be reduced by 20 percent annually, the low-cost operators will have to bear the costs. Krammer is not happy with the Brussels decision-makers, complaining also about big international players for whom RLAH will only mean transferring money from one pocket to another.
Krammer expects that the implementation of the roaming regulation will incur costs of EUR 7 to EUR 25 a year per customer. He expects that the data consumption abroad will increase six-fold. Hot wants to offset a significant part of the costs by customer acquisitions.
二、Telefonica德國分公司與Vestolit達(dá)成最新移動合約

Telefonica Deutschland wins mobile contract at Vestolit
Telefonica Deutschland announced a new mobile contract with Vestolit, a Germany-based supplier of PVC systems. The company chose the O2 Unite plan, which offers a monthly pool of minutes, texts and data for all employees to use, for a fixed price. Vestolit said it liked the flexibility of the offer, which is expected to help reduce the complexity of managing staff mobile costs. The contract covers around 190 employees, including roaming in Europe.

Italy's 1Mobile celebrates 10 years with 3 special promos
Italian MVNO 1Mobile (Uno Mobile) has launched three new promotions to celebrate ten years of activity in the country. The operator's Country Large offer comes with 5GB of data, 100 minutes of calls to Italian numbers, unlimited calls to 1Mobile SIMs and a series of special rates to EU and non-EU countries for EUR 9.90 every 28 days. The other two offers – Country Medium and Country Small – include 2GB and 1GB of data for EUR 6.50 and EUR 4.50 respectively, but no voice minute bundle to other operators. However, they can be combined with the Extra 200, Extra 100 and 1€x1Ora mobile voice bundles.
